              I graduated from Northern Illinois University.  My experience includes teaching sixth grade in Winthrop Harbor for six years.  After getting married and having a family, I returned to teaching. In 1999 I began teaching first grade at St. Patrick.  The following year I moved to Kindergarten and have enjoyed being here since!

              I Live in Wadsworth with my husband Tom with our three children Danielle, Christopher and Michelle.  We also have two cocker spaniels Ginger and Jasmine, a bearded dragon, Princess, and four snakes Badger, Julius, Cleo, and Rosie.

              During the summer I tutor and work part time as a lifeguard.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my extended family, entertaining, remodeling and sewing.
